Return and Exchange Policy

– Returning or exchanging a product is the right of every customer, and it covers all products offered in our store.

– All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy under the terms stated on this page.

– Returns and exchanges can be made provided the product is in its original condition and packed in its original packaging.

– Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

– Please contact us through the Contact page or by telephone to request a return or exchange.

– Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address and order number specified, so it can be replaced if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

– The full amount is refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product shown on our website.

– We are not responsible for expectations of product use that were not stated on the product page on our website.

– A deduction of 30 percent, or a minimum of 25 units of local currency, applies if the customer simply does not want the product and it has no defect or stated problem.
